If you wish to make a return, you can now arrange it online in a few simple steps with reduced shipping rates using our local couriers

- Include the original delivery note inside the package.
- Attach the new label and follow the instructions in the mail.
ARRANGE A RETURN
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to UPcyclist and you must provide a reason for the return, which will help us improve our products and services in the future.
Once we have received and verified that the returned items are unused and in a sale condition with the labels intact, we will refund the purchase price of the product plus standard shipping costs. Until you return the goods to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
